Refund policy

All items are final sale and non-refundable (Some exclusions apply).

Exclusions:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to submit your return request, request a return shipping label, repackage your order, and ship it back, due to only the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect Product
  2. Damaged Product (excluding damage as described on product listing)

A return must be requested for each individual item that is to be returned.

We will not honor returns for items that were not requested to be returned within 7 days from item delivery date listed on the tracking.

We offer Free Returns in the US Only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have received a product that is incorrect or damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at hello@gravityluxcollection or 877-250-3764 within 24 hours upon receiving. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Retain the shipping box that your item arrived in to be used for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After we receive the item and validate the conditions for approval, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used in the purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (excluding damage as described on product listing) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. This process may take up to 3 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
